Structure principle: The machine consists of a hopper, a vibration chamber and a motor. Includes eccentric wheel, rubber parts, main shaft bearing and sprocket. The adjustable eccentric weight can move to the center line of the main shaft through the motor in an unstable state; it creates a centrifugal force that turns the raw material into a vortex in the sieve. The amplitude size of the eccentric weight can be adjusted to suit different raw materials. The machine is compact in structure, small in size, does not generate dust and produces little noise. It is highly efficient and consumes little energy, is easy to move and easy to maintain.
